The EJIE Digest is published twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday and is shared with UC Merced students, faculty, and staff.
Submit your EJIE-related events, programs, resources, opportunities, and announcements for consideration.
Before You Submit:
- Submit at least 1-2 weeks before your preferred publication date. Late submissions are not guaranteed to be included.
- Keep descriptions to 100–200 words or less. EJIE may edit or shorten submissions to fit the Digest format.
- Include a registration, event, or webpage link whenever possible.
- Preferred flyer sizes: 600 × 600 px (square) or 700 × 200 px (horizontal).
- EJIE reserves the right to edit, crop, resize, or reformat submitted text and graphics to fit the Digest layout.
- Submission does not guarantee publication. Content is reviewed based on relevance, timing, and available space.
