Equity-Focused Coder/Programmer Intern
The equity focused coder/ programmers used their coding skills to help develop an app to promote learning opportunities for UC Campus members. The coders took the equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) content and helped to package the resources into an app to be used for faculty, students, staff. These are short learning modules that are colorful, game-like, and advance understanding of phenomena like microaggression, stereotype threat, underrepresentation, etc.
