Signature Programs
Our Signature Programs are open-enrollment learning opportunities designed for individuals who want to deepen their understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Participants can join independently, connect with colleagues from across campus, and engage in interactive experiences that encourage reflection, discussion, and practical application.
Lunch & Learn Series
The Lunch & Learn series offers interactive learning experiences designed to help participants explore topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Through a combination of foundational content, guided reflection, and facilitated discussion, participants are invited to deepen their understanding, connect concepts to their own experiences, and learn from the perspectives of others.

Summer Coffee Chats
Summer Coffee Chats are casual, conversation-based learning circles that build on topics explored in previous Lunch & Learn sessions. Instead of featuring a traditional workshop format, these gatherings emphasize discussion, reflection, and practical application. Participants engage more deeply with corresponding toolkits, exchange ideas, and collaborate on strategies for fostering a more inclusive campus community.
