EJIE offers a menu of customizable trainings designed to build stronger, more inclusive workplaces and turn equity and inclusion into everyday practice. Trainings are tailored to meet the unique needs of each team and provide practical tools for strengthening communication, cultivating belonging, and supporting an inclusive campus community. Teams may schedule trainings independently or be referred by partnering offices.
